Table 0.5.1 lists down and explains the document conventions followed in this document.

NoteAdditional notes and informationThis indicates any specific information related to a feature.
CautionCautionThis indicates any situation that might cause an error in the software function.
PanePaneThis indicates a space to work on the Autographa screen.
Example: Translation pane.
MenuMenuThis indicates a list of options to select from the Autographa screen.
Example: Export menu
OptionOptionThe selectable items inside a menu.
Example: USFM option inside the Export menu.
ButtonButtonThis indicates a function that you click on the Autographa application or the website.
Example: Save button.
FieldTypable fieldA space to type under a title.
Example: Bible Name field.
Pop upA pop up windowThis indicates a window that appears on the Autographa screen.
Example: Successfully deleted pop up.

Consolas

Written text on the screenThis indicates any written text or information on the Autographa screen which is shown as a message.
Example:

Successfully saved changes. Restart the application for the changes to take effect

Bold TextNames of itemsThis indicates names of any items you click, select or type on the autographa screen.
Example: Export menu, Save button, Bible Name field.
Bold Italic TextProduct nameThis indicates the name of the product.
Example: Autographa Live
Italic TextNames of images and tablesThis indicates names of topic references, images and tables in the document.
Example: Figure 1.2.1.1 - Workspace user inference of Autographa Live
